I've activated the chatbox function. It works, but its hella inconvenient to use with a lousy interface. But it'll do for now, might still be better than the faction chat that lags so bad.

To use it, you have to be registered on these forums. Click on the link at the extreme right of the navigation bar, and you'll open the chatbox in a new window/tab.
